Richard Happy Hour card game
MADE BY JUDE FELSTEAD
The Setup
2-8 players. Each player starts with 7 cards.
The Game
Play goes in a circle. Each player plays cards that total any multiple of 5. Black cards are
addition cards while red cards are subtraction cards. The first card played is the starting
card, who's ever turn it is has to play a card that either adds or subtracts the last card to
a multiple of 5. The colour of the starting card doesnt matter, only the next played card.
(e.g. starting card is a black 7, plays a red 2 to equal 5. (7-2=5). Or the starting card is a
red 6, plays a black 4. (6+4=10).) The last played card played becomes the next starting
card next turn. You can play a 5 or 10 any time. Aces are wild. Jacks are worth 11,
Queens are worth 12, and Kings are worth 13. If you have no cards to play, pick up 2
from the draw pile.
